HR Specialist – Global Projects Coordination (f/m/d)


As HR Specialist for global projects coordination, you will interact with the global leadership HR team and will take on an important role within our clients people strategy. In this role you will be involved in the coordination, preparation, and execution of global projects and will support our Global Head of Human Resources in a fast pace and exciting work environment.


 Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively support and manage HR specific project execution
  • Contribute with your ideas and suggestions to improve the project planning and output
  • Prepare necessary documents and materials for meetings and project reviews
  • Independently collect, maintain, and analyze reports
  • Manage the executive's calendar, support administrative tasks and organize events
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships

Your ideal qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • First relevant working experience in a comparable corporate HR environment
  • Strong organizational skills and proven experience in Project Management
  • Experienced in the use of all MS office tools (especially PowerPoint)
  • Sound experience in working with HR management software (ideally Workday)
  • Very good interpersonal communication skills in English and ideally German
  • Ability to interact professionally across all levels and workstreams
